Wholesale Orders:
$50.00 Minimum wholesale order within the US. International minimum wholesale order $75.00.
"Will Call" Wholesale orders are a minimum of $50.00 (no exceptions).
("Will Call" means that you will be picking up your order to save you money on shipping costs.)

All orders must be paid in advance and may take Five to Ten business days to process depending on the size of the order.

Samples:
Samples are the same price as retail. We will provide the wholesale price of the items available along with the suggested retail prices.

Wholesale orders must be paid in advance. If you pay by check, the order will be shipped after your check has cleared.

Special and Customized Orders
Special and Customized orders must be paid in advance and may take Five to Ten Days to process. Large special orders may take up to two weeks (14 days) . You are responsible for insurance, shipping and handling fees.
Back Orders:
Out-of-stock items are automatically back-ordered. You will be notified before transaction is finalized to prevent delays on product shipments.
Order Correction:
If you wish to make an order correction please call us to ensure the change is made. If you send an email, be sure to put "order correction" in the subject line.

Damaged Shipments:
Qualified orders are shipped USPS or UPS Ground, unless specified otherwise. Customer is responsible for all shipping handling and all insurance cost, no third party shipping.
A 20% return charge, plus accrued shipping expenses will be charged to customers who reject or are not available to accept delivery.
Large international shipments need special arrangements for shipping and determination of cost. To start the process, tell us how you would like your order handled.
International orders of small to moderate size are shipped International Express unless specified otherwise. US postal international orders will include a $25.00 customs document/trip fee.
If a shipment is damaged, save all packaging and containers for damage inspection by the shipping company, and contact us immediately. In order to ensure that your interests are served and needs met, we need your timely cooperation.
