Wholesale
Orders:

$100.00 Minimum wholesale order within the US. 
International minimum wholesale order $150.00.
(Wholesale orders are on Soothers Products Only!)

Will Call Wholesale orders are a minimum
of $100.00 (no exceptions).
("Will Call" means that you will be picking up
your order to save you money on shipping costs.)

All wholesale orders may take two to four
weeks to process. Please be patient.

Terms:

We do accept prepaid orders with checks by mail and will be
shipped after the check has cleared.

We accept all major credit cards. Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover. (Also we accept world Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.)

Special and
Customized 
Orders

Special and Customized orders must be paid in advance and may
take three to six weeks to process. Please be patient.

Back Orders:

Out-of-stock items are automatically back-ordered. You will
be notified before transaction is finalized to prevent delays
on product shipments.

Order Correction:

If you wish to make an order correction we prefer that you
call us to ensure the change is made timely.  If you send an
email, be sure to put "order correction" in the subject line.

Shipments:

Qualified orders are shipped USPS or UPS Ground, unless
specified otherwise. Customer is responsible for all shipping -
handling and all insurance cost no third party shipping.

A 20% return charge plus accrued shipping expenses will be
charged to customers who reject or are not available to
accept delivery.

Large international shipments need special arrangements for
shipping and determination of cost.  To start the process by
telling us how you would like your order handled.

International orders of small to moderate size are shipped
International Express unless specified otherwise. US postal
international orders will include a $10.50 customs
document/trip fee.

Do not sign for a shipment until you have checked for
external damage. If a shipment is damaged, save all
packaging and containers for damage inspection by the
shipping company, and contact us immediately. In order
to ensure that your interests are served and needs met,
we need your timely cooperation.
